As a designer, Nikhil focuses on understanding core issues that businesses need to tackle. He creates turnkey solutions through a system he has developed over his career as a designer. He strives to make these solutions effectively implementable and repeatable across different problems.

In his professional life as a designer Nikhil has worked on projects for global industry leaders including Netflix, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Whatsapp, Discovery Networks on various creative executions – from designing product creatives, to crafting turnkey communication campaigns, while working at Dynamite Design (Design agency based in Mumbai)

In addition to global brands, during his time at Dynamite, he has also worked on a number of India-specific campaigns for a wide range of India’s top brands including Amazon Prime Video (India), Hotstar, Star Plus, Zee Networks, Aditya Birla Group’s Applause Entertainment, Kolkata Knight Riders, and more.

Netflix Product Creative

Conceptualised & Produced Artwork Suites for 15 Netflix Originals and over 75 Netflix Shows (Licensed) 2017-Present. Coordinated with the Netflix Global Product Creative Team including Producers from LA, the APAC team in Singapore and Mumbai.

Prime Video India

Worked on numerous communication campaigns for Prime Video India as well as the branding for the Award Winning (Promax Gold and Kyoorius Design Award Blue Elephant) digital brand property 'Amazon Funnies'

Instagram India

Worked on Design, Motion, Edits & Sound for several Instagram India Projects including Flagship Keynotes - Instagram Experience 2019, Fuel For India 2020, Creator Day 2021 and Born On Instagram learning portal.

Google India

Design, Motion & Edit for Google's biggest keynote event in India #GoogleForIndia 2020. Broadcast Design & Motion for 'Namaste Digital' Google's television show on 'Door Darshan'.

Facebook & Meta

Worked on Design, Motion & Messaging for various campaigns for Facebook India including their flagship Keynote addresses "Fuel for India 2020 & 2021", "Grow Your Bussiness 2020" and "Social Media Summit 2019"

Zee Network

Turnkey Broadcast Design & Motion branding for several Zee Network Channels including Zee Cinema, Zee Bollywood, &Xplor, &Pictures, Zee Vajwa, Zee Josh and Zee Zing.

Whatsapp India

Various Communication Campaigns for Whatsapp India including a prominent campaign to stop the spread of misinformation via Whatsapp.

Discovery Plus

Deisgned Product Keyart Posters for around 90 Discovery Plus titles in a span of 2 months leading a team of three designers.

Nikhil firmly believes in unabashed creative expression.
He encourages everyone to explore simple mediums of expression on a regular basis. He belivies doing so will help them understand more about themselves.

In addtion to his professional growth Nikhil has also focused on developing and leading a diverse global community of artists. He has primarily focused on thematic monthly ‘challenges’ and created artworks, photos, designs and animations in an extensive range of different styles every month for over 6 consecutive years. Furthermore he has also made it possible for fellow designers to join him for these projects. The structure and creative direction provided by Nikhil for each one of his month-long ‘challenges’ in turn helps artists broaden their own understanding of the visual medium. Nikhil’s photos and design work have appealed to creative individuals that appreciate a strong aesthetic sense. He has received acclaim from his fellow creative peers for his unique ‘challenge’ based approach to design. His work has been showcased on several noteworthy blogs and social media outlets. These featured works have collectively reached over 500,000 people over the past year.
